Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival is unlike anything else on the festival calendar: three days of rock and metal headliners, a live tattoo convention, and a haunted prison experience set inside the historic Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, OH. With a lineup of 50+ artists and a destination audience spread across the country, organizers needed a promotion strategy that could reach fans of every band on the bill — not just the headliners.

To amplify discovery, Bandsintown extended the festival’s reach across major platforms. Set listings were distributed to Spotify, YouTube, Shazam, Google, and Apple—enabling fans to discover the festival while searching for and streaming their favorite artists.
To drive urgency at the right moment, Bandsintown delivered a geo-targeted “Last Chance” email and push alert — reaching followers of every artist on the lineup with a timely reminder to grab their passes before the festival weekend arrived.
